. On this new site we have finished fully refurbing a 3 bedroomed detached single storey bungalow with luxury oak kitchen & granite worktops. The new detached 3 bed dormer bungalow is now completed & has been sold. One of the 4 bed semi -detached houses is now ready & the other can be completed within 6 weeks giving an early purchaser the choice of luxury kitchens, tiling, etc.
