Welcome to our website, we at City Developments are a small family run company building quality individually designed new homes within the West Yorkshire area.
Our first new build home was built in 1988 in Bradford and since then we have achieved a reputation as builders of quality new build homes at affordable prices.
All the 7 New Townhouses are now SOLD and we are looking for a new piece of land to develop in the West Yorkshire area.

On the recently completed Halifax development each New House has a master bedroom that has its own dressing room & en suite on the 2nd floor. On the first floor there are a 2 further bedrooms, & bathroom. On the ground floor apart from the entrance hallway & WC the rest is open plan with a luxury kitchen. Each kitchen comes with a built-in oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, dishwasher & washer dryer. The large open plan kitchen / dining area and lounge has a large patio door leading to private fenced rear garden which has a stone paved patio & turfed lawn. There is a parking space allocated for each house with an electric car re-charger along with visitor parking. All the development will be completed by the summer of 2020 all come a 10-year new build warranty. Prices started from £175,000 to £190,00.
Just before Christmas 2018 we sold the last New House in our select four house development of Luxury 4 & 5 bed New Detached Houses in Scholes, near Cleckheaton, prices started at £330,000 to £385,000.
In December 2017 we sold the last of the 4 Bed New Detached Dormer Bungalows we built in Brighouse, prices started at £355,000.
